Delivery Policy
Digital delivery and plan activation for Byte Operations Technologies.

Byte Operations Technologies provides online software and SaaS plans. Delivery is electronic through your platform account; no physical product, courier delivery or shipping charge applies to these plans.
Activation after payment
Access is provided immediately after successful payment confirmation, according to the plan purchased. Sign in using the account associated with your purchase to access the included features and limits. Pending, failed or unconfirmed payments do not activate a paid plan.
What your plan includes
Your access is limited to the features, users, usage allowances and duration included in the purchased plan. Optional modules, BOT Credits and third-party services are included only where your purchase expressly covers them. Connected third-party features may require you to authorise the relevant account.
If access is missing
If payment is confirmed but your purchased access is missing, contact us with your account email, plan name, payment reference and payment date. We will investigate the payment and activation issue. Please do not send passwords or full card details.
